FAT DAD FUNCTIONAL CONJUGATE TRAINING UPDATE _ Hey #fitfam – sorry it’s been a minute ⏰. I thought I was done pushing FAR 😡 past my physical limits long ago. ⁣ ⁣⁣ Guess I was wrong. I overreached hard for this one and paid the price, but it was worth it. There are many things I can no longer do, so I focus on the things I can. ⁣#powerofpositivity 🧠 stuff ⁣ ⁣⁣ This gym record took two years, interrupted by 7 surgeries 🔪 , not to mention work, family, and life. It was designed to peak on Oct 12, and did.⁣ I posted that and it was hard AF. ⁣ ⁣⁣ A decision was made to try to overreach this peak to pick up another 60 pounds on the 26th and this video is how that went. ⁣Yep – a real conversation happened that ended with a plan on how to add 60 more pounds on a hard AF lift. It’s good to know I still have some growing up to do. 🎉 🎈 ⁣ ⁣⁣ The first known fact is that I won’t squat again until 2020. This pounded me harder than anything I’ve ever done.⁣ No need for details – you don’t want to know.⁣ ⁣⁣ Second, this is about 225 pounds at the top, 135 at the bottom and there’s about a quarter inch in there that weighs around 1575.
